Dr. Elizabeth Ward helps clients achieve personal peak performance by developing a deeper understanding of themselves and a greater awareness of their vision for their future.

From her extensive professional training and personal experience, Dr. Elizabeth Ward teaches her clients to manage stress and to navigate life transitions and unexpected challenges. Elizabeth is a licensed psychologist, a certified coach (PCC) and a mindfulness instructor who helps conduct mindfulness research with Professor Ellen Langer at Harvard University. She is also a member of the American Psychological Association.
